Welcome to Alvora. These terms govern your use of the solutions offered by Alvora at alvorahub.com.

1. General Provisions

The following terms apply to all engagements between you and Alvora in the context of tailored support for organizations. By accessing our solutions, you accept these terms in full.

2. Policy for Refunds

2.1 Individual Advisory Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. To initiate a refund, contact our team via the contact form. Eligible requests are processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Each engagement may be rescheduled once at no extra charge, provided notice is given at least 5 business days before the scheduled session. Certain custom services, such as one-off onsite workshops or bespoke assessments, are exempt from refunds due to the preparatory work involved. This exception is communicated prior to confirmation.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital materials are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days if no access or download has occurred. To request a refund, use the contact form. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, no refund is provided.

2.3 Physical Products

For physical items, requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be sent back in their original state. After we receive and inspect the shipment, we will process a refund through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except when the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

3. Scheduling and Transfers

All service dates are set at the time of booking. Clients may transfer an engagement to a new date at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 5 business days before the original date. Transfers requested later are subject to availability and may incur a fee equal to 20% of the service amount.
